   Vision pulls entity, authority, and expiry from a PDF or photo. The calendar does not move until someone on your team accepts the dates.

   • Upload a scan or photo of the credential. CalSafe extracts the named entity, issuing authority, document type, and expiration date.

   Print what is current for a director, an inspector, or yourself. Reminders reach the people who actually renew.

   • The coverage snapshot lists confirmed credentials with expiry and status. It is the same truth the calendar already holds. Pending reviews stay off the print until a person accepts them.
   • Reminders go to the emails you choose under settings, not to a shared inbox nobody owns.
   • Owners, medical directors, and office managers share one workspace so the person who renews sees the same date as the person who asked.
