Billing questions.

One facility, one calendar. You are billed per facility, not per license or DEA registration.

What happens after the 14 day trial?

The calendar stays readable. Uploads, approvals, extra seats, and reminder emails pause until you choose Clinic or Practice. No card is required to start the trial.

What is the difference between Clinic and Practice?

Clinic is for a small team: up to five people can sign in. Practice is for a larger team: unlimited people can sign in on that facility. Both include the full product — scan credentials, confirm dates, calendar, reminders, and a printable coverage snapshot. Monthly or annual billing; two months free on the year. Prices include tax.

Is this per clinician or per facility?

Per facility. You are not charged per license, per DEA registration, or per person. Clinic and Practice differ by how many people can sign in.

Invite the people who renew. Upload the first license.

Owners, medical directors, and office managers share one facility calendar. CalSafe watches the dates.
